I started 580DI to help local businesses build the kind of marketing infrastructure that usually feels out of reach: professional websites, stronger local search visibility, lead capture systems, and direct-mail campaigns designed around real communities.

I'm not interested in selling businesses a website just so they can say they have one. The goal is to build useful assets that help people find you, understand what you offer, and take the next step.

That approach has grown into a combination of community postcards, high-performance local websites, search-focused service pages, and practical systems that help business owners turn attention into actual opportunities.

I work directly with every client. There is no account manager, outsourced sales team, or handoff to someone who does not understand the project. When you work with 580DI, you are working with the person building the strategy and putting it into action.

How we operate

Built around a simple belief.

Local businesses deserve better than generic marketing packages, recycled templates, and promises that cannot be measured.

01

Useful assets, not shelfware

A website only matters if people can find it, understand what you offer, and take the next step. Same rule for print, search, and follow-up.

02

You work with the builder

No account manager, no outsourced sales team, no handoff to someone who does not understand the project. Strategy and execution stay with the same person.

03

Local all the way through

Based in Southwest Oklahoma and built for owner-operated businesses here — not generic packages shipped from somewhere else.

04

Measurable next steps

Start with the real problem. Recommend the smallest useful move. Keep improving what is already working instead of selling the biggest stack by default.

What 580DI connects

The full stack. Not four disconnected vendors.

Print & community

Community Cards, direct mail, and campaign materials designed around real neighborhoods.

Websites

Fast, mobile-first sites built to earn trust and convert visitors into calls and quote requests.

Local search

Service pages, Google Business Profile support, and visibility work aimed at high-intent local searches.

Lead follow-up

Missed-call texts, form routing, and simple systems that catch leads before they go cold.
