1. Services
580 Digital Infrastructure provides premium website design, lead capture systems, and digital infrastructure services. All project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
2. Ownership & IP
Upon final payment, clients retain full ownership of their respective web assets, content, and domain names. 580 Digital Infrastructure retains the right to display the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
3. SMS & Communication
If you call the published 580 Digital Infrastructure business phone number and we do not answer, we may send one non-marketing text message about your missed call so we can help with your inquiry. This missed-call text-back is customer-care only and is not a subscription, marketing list, promotional campaign, or recurring messaging program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Website forms do not opt visitors into SMS messaging. Form submissions are used for calls or email follow-up about the request.
4. Limitation of Liability
580 Digital Infrastructure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or failure of third-party infrastructure (hosting, registrar, etc.).
